A record which feels kinda sloppy and exciting at the same time. Like he's on the edge of something great conceptually but really hasn't allowed his ideas to fully form. It ends up sounding less Raw, more amateur, and I think overall there are too many questionable decisions to shake off. At times just feels like a bad version of The 1975 (and I don't even like The 1975).

Either way, I own this record on vinyl as I went to an album launch event and it came in the bundle (thankfully he played some older songs as well). I suppose it will make an adequate plate if I never play it again.
