i'm a long term fan of Lacuna Coil, and i didn't like it... i prefer the originals
The whole album was ripped off from Dissection's compositions and ideas :-(
this is pure gold for people like me, long-term fans of Lacuna Coil. great quality of audio, their lovely old songs, a live-recorded video for people who like to see image, etc etc
i bought this CD in 1999, i loved them since first listening. its more raw, due to fact that are the first disc, but i've listened a thousand times. It's a decent play, many great songs
For me, this is the best album, some songs created many memories i will never forget
I'm a long-term fan of Lacuna Coil. This album was the most acclaimed of their career, i never agreed, but ok. Time passed, and i've listened to it a hundred times, now i feel it is a particulary piece of melancholic gothic metal gem, this is pure gold. Just listen.
This album is fucking awesome, and official reviewers of Paradise Lost have the same 'tempo' of the doom songs, they long more time to understand the real importance of the works along the time. haha
Maybe this is the best gothic-doom metal album ever made...how people rate it lower than 90? i can't comprehend
for me, this is the best album after the dance-gothic eras of Paradise Lost in the 90's... in 2009 it sounded like a big heavy rock comin down from the skies into your neighbourhood
(few months ago, this album was lower than 77, i felt sad for this perception, but now i'm surprised to see the rating increased and people viewing the importance of this album...cheers dudes)
very decent album...and a marvellous long-standing in the genre, very honored to hear this
