Charli xcx - forever
90

I have never been more anxious. I'm about to call this guy about checking out this studio. To be honest when he approached me I sorta forgot everything he said. I know his name, number and where to go, but I've got no clue what's about to happen. Now that I'm here my brain has been kind enough to remind me of everyone I know that is more deserving of this opportunity. No matter what happens this is the start of my future.

If you've wondered where I've been, I just made a new account for a ... read more

Swans - The Beggar
NR

This hits different on a plane

Built to Spill - Perfect from Now On
NR

This album reminds me why I love Indie Rock so much. Randy Described Eternity is one of the most perfect sounding songs I've ever heard.

System of a Down - System of a Down
NR

It sounds like I got captured by a fucking Psychopath

Jessie Ware - That! Feels Good!
NR

That! Felt good! ..To listen to...and I really like it.

Squid - Bright Green Field
NR

54 --> 91

After discovering Talking Heads late last year, I knew now would be the right time to return to this. The grooviness along with the larger than life instrumental passages creates some of the most hypnotic music I've heard in a long time. Hyped for the new album.

凛として時雨 [Ling tosite sigure] - last aurorally
NR

Please don't miss out on this. LTS is one of the most consistent and ferocious Post Hardcore/Noise Rock bands of the last two decades, and they just dropped one of their best.

Tim Hecker - No Highs
NR

This is outstanding work. Lie down, close your eyes and appreciate the world building.

Beach House - Teen Dream
NR

This is the happiest I get when listening to music. I close my eyes and images of my favouirte memories come up. The moments that impacted me for the better. The combination of that with the most beautiful vocals you'll ever hear, and the transcendent instrumentals, it's perfect.

Deerhoof - Miracle-Level
NR

Worth checking out. Some really interesting stuff going on here.

Lana Del Rey - Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd
NR

What even is this for? We know she can do great nostalgic sounding piano ballads. This just sounds like a repeat of her past few albums. I love A&W though. It sounds like a fucked up story told in two very different ways.

Swans - Filth
NR

Me when it was picture day in grade school

Swans - Paradise Is Mine
90

There will be no competition this year.

NR

Dance Noise Rock? Of Course this is AOTY.

NR

This makes no sense

MALNEEZY & Souza - Play It Like You Stole It
79

Me (middle) listening to the new Souza single.

JPEGMAFIA - EP2!
NR

Peggy taking a cool down was really satisfying for me personally. Had a great time in this relaxed world, yet still a place where Peggy is the main character in an interesting way. Idk I don't really see any big issues.
