NO NUANCE REVIEW
It’s not good, but it’s not that bad. I’ve heard this style before, I’ve heard it done 100x better before, but I’ve also heard it done 100x worse before, notably from Ru himself. It’s basic as hell and Ru’s lyricism is as corny as ever, but as far as Ru’s brand of rainbow capitalism dance pop for straight white moms goes, this is tolerable.

In a way better than his previous record cause it feels more natural and logical. It doesn't make for a great listen but it makes sense.

@mrmerle for sure, this is way more in Ru’s wheelhouse than what he was doing on “MAMARU”. It’s pretty mediocre compared to his contemporaries but it does what it sets out to do and is listenable

@calebmullings54 wish I could say the same but I know inevitably at least one of these songs is gonna be used on drag race at least once if not as background music for an entire season
