This is my first project from this artist and honestly the first time I've heard about Yves Tumor, I was pretty intrigued by the album cover and the genres of the album, But I was quite underwhelmed with the overall album.
There are definitely plenty of positive points here, The production here is very solid on most of the tracks, There is great variety within the soundscapes the album offers and every idea is very detailed and rich, Throughout the tracklist there are some standouts that I found myself enjoying as well.

However my main gripe with this album is Yves Tumor himself, Honestly I found him to be pretty boring on a decent amount of the songs, And his delivery got a bit one note at times as well, He is pretty unengaging in my opinion and I didn't like the vocals on most of the songs. The production while it is rich, Diverse and well executed, In some moments I felt like it was a bit sluggish, Like they tried to put too many sounds into the mix to the point that it sounds spineless in a way.

Overall Praise A Lord Who Chews But Which Does Not Consume; (Or Simply, Hot Between Worlds) is a long ass name, And a pretty solid album, I don't see myself returning to it any time soon, But I can understand people who fuck with it to be honest, Not really for me though.
