Over the course of these 7 years since Mac Miller's death, I don't think I've heard anyone quite like him. Such a somber tone with so much emotion to release. MILES BETTER THAN BESTIES. The vocals are to die for! The build up into chorus is so smooth and flawless, accompanied by it's catchy writing. All I can hear in my head is "cheer up child". Things get quite rambunctious toward the center, then proceeds to soften, and when you least expect it.. go completely wild toward the end. This track is a ride and I'm here for it!

9th Wonder is tapped into the soulful aspect of hip hop and makes sure to treat each beat with care. Although I wish he progressed upon his loops, this is still so full of groove and packs a punch. Truly an underground legend who deserves way more coverage than the public ever so slightly gives him.

Good song from Cole, do I think it's anything new or noteworthy from him? Not at all. Much love to Jermaine but I've always felt a bit underwhelmed and bored when it comes to his music. What is the point of calling an album "Sexy Songs" if the SONGS AREN'T SEXY, in fact I wanted to sleep.
