Really awesome album from our little Malcolm. My only nick about this project was that I wish he touched on more topics other then the sweetness of that puhh. Like bro, we get it. You're hot. But anyways, pleasantly suprised.
Vince. Mf. Staples. Rap album of the year. No doubt. Thus far, nobody in this genre has come out with an album this consistently good. Meanings to each song are so genuinely obvious but in this case it only elevates the expirence. I'm here for the new sound, too.
I might have a thing for furry screamo indie rock. Maybe just a little. Fun little project from another band to put on your radar. Short with plenty of substance that makes this easily replayable.
Hey. I cried.
Highly emotional music from drug bug... favorite of the year thus far. I need more music like this. I need it to find me.
Great little EP from drug bug. There was one song that I felt did not need to see this but three amazing tracks. Especially that last one. Very upbeat throughout these 4 songs and I'd love to see more of this from him.
Pleasantly suprised with this one. Not a skip on here. It felt a little longer than it needed to be but overall it's worth a listen or two or three. Can't believe I didn't listen and listen to this earlier like everyone was telling me, "Kenny Mason just dropped some heat" I didn't believe 'em, now I take a seat. Applauded it a few times and congratulated every beat, made a verse out of it too and now it's easy eats.
I hate myself for not listening to this earlier. Masterpiece. This is slayr at his best in my opinion. It's soooo consistent. He gon lead the next gen of music. Mark my words.
Femtanyl with their debut album, MINE BITES DOG. At some parts the instrumentals may get a bit obnoxious, but I started really loving the end of the project. Can't wait to see what they do next!
Every track on this album is so heartbreakingly honest and bonechilling in a way I don't think any other band or artist could recreate. The way that Davis conveys his emotions and trauma through this album makes it that much better and gross of an expirence. It's not just the meanings but the actual songs all sound amazing. Dirty. That's the one word that I can use to describe this album best. Dirty.
Me when my life is terrible:
Peggy: YO I JUST DROPPED HEAT.
A'ight so there isn't actually much to say. A whole lot of variation with this project, love it. Many different things that he tried worked really well.
Really good besides all the filler and boring crap near the end. I will say, he pulled through with the expirementation. Glas he did that. Wish that this wasn't as bloated as it ended up being, but overall worth the listen.
I hate you. I hate you so much. I don't know what your problem is. Get your life in check. Go into rehab. Get some help. Keep this up and not only will you go to hell, you're going into Satan's asshole itself. This is the highest compliment I can give a person like you. Choke on your own spit, chud. Touch a microphone again and you might blow up.
You guys are crazy. This is fire. Listened to this a LONG TKME ago. Still in my rotation. Love the album, though it's not as good as their other works. Some of the most mind bending music they have made, however.
This is soooooo underrated. The amount of genre blending and different artists that Damon Albarn collected for (get this) SEASON ONE of Song Machine is crazy. One of the most creative albums I've heard in a long time, can't wait for season two.
