After listening to their latest album, Inferno, I decided to check out what else Boards of Canada has to offer. This is a much better introduction to their music, several times while listening to this, I felt hypnotized by the sounds I was hearing. I do wish I felt the nostalgia that others here report feeling when listening to it, it didn't get my like that, but I still really like the music. I'm seeing the vision. Maybe another listen will convince me even more.
this will have you constantly looking over your shoulder thinking you may have heard someone shuffling/moving around behind you. Very satisfying sounds in the album, and it's definitely worth a listen, but I won't say it comes close to their last album. Best songs are Ne Plus Ultra, F, and Good Day Will Arrive.
