and it’s fun as fuck.
for context, jeff rosenstock used to be in the best ska band and one of the best bands ever, bomb the music industry. and this album definitely has the same vibe as his work with them. it’s the same brand of ska that’s fun and doesn’t take itself too seriously but still isn’t cheesy. as expected by a ska album that was announced on april fools day and released on 4/20, at times the songs can feel like a novelty. like overall it’s pretty good but there are a few songs that sound like they were just trying to be funny instead of sounding good. either way, it’s fun as hell overall
