Doing another blind review
Disloyal Order of Water Buffaloes: 80
The opening part is mixed for me. I really didn't like the "buzz" line, but the rest is pretty okay. The song overall is pretty alright. Kind of not very different throughout, but at least the tone that it keeps isn't awful. Its not really a song for me, but its not bad.
I Don't Care: 97
Immediately hooked me with the beginning guitar riffs. The beat is extremely catchy. The chorus absolutely slaps. It's extremely ... read more

Very nice. I already like the vibe this song sets for the album. The chorus is explosive, the violins cutting through the quiet parts of the vocals just fits very nicely. Since I recently got done reviewing AB/AP, I can make the comparison that this sounds like it would fit pretty well in there. This definitely has the more rock inspired feel though. Overall, a pretty decent start.

Stay Frosty Royal Milk Tea:
I actually kind of love this song. It has some really glaring issues. Sometimes the singing doesn't follow the beat and you can definitely tell. But I like the ever-present guitar riffing. The "Eau de resistance" part doesn't really fit in the song, but everything else sounds good. I like it. 88.
The Last of the Real Ones:
The best part of this song is the chorus. Its actually really damn catchy. I said that it was the best part of the album, but that ... read more
The Ballad of Mona Lisa: The song people know from this album. It has the era’s feel for Panic! and it works to set the tone of the album. It has a good beat, well put instrumentals, and Urie’s signature great vocals. 89.
Let’s Kill Tonight: Just damn good. Really good instrumentals and vocals. A beat I like. The chorus is nearly perfect. The lyrics are extremely smooth and fit well with everything. Just really good. 92
Hurricane: First, the lyrics are extremely goofy. That ... read more
We’re So Starving: Perfect bridge from Fever to Pretty Odd. It also helps that it's decently catchy with a good chorus. 83.
Nine in the Afternoon: Iconic song from the album. While this particular style of music isn’t necessarily my thing, I can still appreciate a good song when I see it. The chorus is catchy as all hell and the instrumentals don’t sound completely like the style of music. Really damn good song. 91.
She’s A Handsome Woman: Catchy enough to not be ... read more
Introduction: It certainly is an introduction. It fits the feel of the album. But it's score isn’t super high because of it being an introduction and not a full song. 65
The Only Difference Between Martyrdom and Suicide is Press Coverage: Decently catchy enough. Chorus is nice and smooth. The bridge isn’t super great, but the song overall isn’t bad. 81.
London Beckoned Songs About Money Written By Machines: Better than what I originally ranked it (64). It’s actually ... read more
Why does this song exist? Its a genuine question. I do actually think that it fits well though. I'm just so confused by the collab.
What a wonderful return to form for Set it Off. Bringing back remnants of Cinematics and Midnight with the overall sound of the song and Duality with the guitar and drums. Easily a top 25% of songs in their discog.
There's way too many things that this song doesn't do right. The chorus doesn't sound that good. The lyrics are goofy to the point of being distracting. I just really don't like or dislike this song. But leaning more towards dislike.
EDIT: Starting to grow on me. The lyrics are still goofy as all hell (Like, even more weird than Hurricane), but it still sounds decent. I overhated on the chorus, but it isn't bad. 46 --> 65
Killer in the Mirror: Not a bad way to start out the album. It shows the darker side of the album compared to the last pop-heavy sound, but not nearly as dark as Cinematics was. This song is decently catchy, with a good enough chorus and bridges. Carson's singing fits the darker tone of this, alongside the less orchestral and more rock inspired sound. Not bad. 75.
Hourglass: I used to love this song. Used to. Now, I think it's a bit overrated. The chorus just isn't explosive at all, which ... read more
Something New: Painfully pop. I don't mind pop, but this is just drowning in it. It doesn't sound fresh. It doesn't carry the same punchiness into the chorus. The chorus is fine, just nothing to write home about. 60.
Uncontainable: Does sort of sound overly pop. Here's the main difference though. In Something New, it just sounded like generic pop. This sounds much more like a Set it Off inspired pop. It's a decent song with a punchy chorus. 84.
Life Afraid: Still has a decent chorus, but ... read more
The Haunting: Sounds worse than the original. 84
Why Worry: Sounds different enough from the original to not be in its shadow. 88
Ancient History: Smooth as all hell. 90
Bleak December: Spits in the face of the original song. It does not go well with the acoustic melody at all. 32
Tomorrow: Arguably on the same level as the original song. Best song in the album. 92
Wild Wild World: The only original song on the album, and its pretty damn good. 89.

This is the second of 2 albums I will give a 100. Every single song hits extremely well. The Haunting (91) and NME (93) are really solid songs to start out the album. Forever Stuck in Our Youth (95) is a smooth experience with a really catchy chorus. Why Worry (94) is an absolute banger with a smooth ending and great beat paired with some excellent vocals from Cody Carson. Ancient History (100) is probably a top 5 song for me ever. Its beautifully put together, extremely good guitar solo, ... read more
Thoughts that Breathe: Good opener. Really sets the darker mood of the album alongside the more orchestral parts. Also has a nice transition into Nightmare. 78.
Nightmare: Solid enough song. 82
Swan Song: Just a really damn good song. 89
Plastic Promises: Really catchy. Slower part works to calm down the almost hyperactive melody. Vocals are very good. Instrumentals sound like they're blaring a bit, but it kind of works. Beat is great. Overall, it works really well. Also very solid ... read more
Breathe in, Breathe Out: decent enough song, just not really my thing. 67
End in Tragedy: Certified banger. 85.
Ashley's Song: Shrunk on me. Not a bad song, just kind of meh. The beat doesn't really do much for me. 64.
@Reply: Beat really works. Instrumentals are really good too. The chorus is really catchy while still being pretty slow paced. Overall, this is a really good song. 86.
Horrible Kids: Really grew on me. Really damn catchy and has some lyrics that resonate with me. Might vie ... read more
Simply here to review Set it Off's Problem. It's a decently good time with really good vocals and it works well with the beat.
Decently catchy. Vocals are really good, with some decent instrumentals. Song has kind of shrunk on me recently, but it still is really solid
