I listened to this out of curiosity after hearing Master of Puppets, and yeah this song is perfect. It’s a song about war PTSD, and it’s tackled with such a serious tone and message. It’s powerful and moving from a metal song. The switch up and what it stands for is remarkable. This can go toe to toe with any Metallica song off Master of Puppets

Just in case you're curious, the song's meaning is a bit more dark, it's based off the novel "Johnny got his gun", a story about a soldier who, after a bomb explosion, looses his arms, legs, sight, hearing, and ability to talk, the story is sorta about how he wants the doctors of the clinic he is in to kill him, while he is not able to communicate that wish. Yeah, pretty normal stuff yknow
