Sorry but this is thought too simply. A review of your review written by you would probably be: "This should not have come out. It is barely finished". It doesn't matter if the album is deliberately profound or not. I think it's coincidence, but work and author are always to be separated and I'm afraid you forgot that.

You’re right, it’s such a disappointment because the singles had me excited. It’s a messy project that imo doesn’t even have that low of lows, it is just so poorly thrown together that the sum of its parts is embarrassing.

It's nothing against your opinion on the album - some people aren't going to enjoy this project and that's fine - it's just a shame you chose to go about voicing your displeasure with it in the way that you have. It's always the same with Joji. He releases amazing singles (Glimpse Of Us, Run and Slow Dancing In The Dark were some of the spectacular singles he put out before his last releases) and the project as a whole ends up being a let down. This is specially true with this album, it sounds sooooo unfinished.

Holy shit, this has been the most divisive album I've seen throughout the month I've been on here.

I've love when an album has mixed opinions, makes me curious to check it for myself. I'm seeing different opinions on this, and I love how simulataneously positive & negative reactions are. That's what's fascinating about music.

you guys are mad but he's completely valid. Nectar and Ballads 1 blow this album out of the water for me. Every song on here was boring and mid except Die for You and Glimpse of us. Everything else just sounds unfinished or like the most basic mainstream pop imaginable.

@Zipping I'll admit YUKON is the only track on the 2nd half of this album that's the closest to feeling like a finished track
