A pounding, relentless assault on the senses. The four tracks in this EP contain most of the vilest lyrics Michael Gira has ever put to vinyl. The harsh noise on this album also appears on the band's follow up, Cop. I strangely find this EP quite useful as study music. Make of that what you will. This is one of my favorite Swans releases period. Horrific.

7-Toku was certainly an experience. It reminds me of Wow-2-type Boredoms in the best way possible. This music is great for those with short attention spans who are trying to get into noise. I don't think these songs would work well in a playlist setting, much more an album that nedds to be listened to on its own. I plan on listening to more Streakings in the future.

Highly influental and classic indie rock. Most likely the album that introduced many people to the Pixies (myself included). Rating take down slightly due to a couple of weaker tracks (*coughs* Silver). Overall and incredible album and one that everyone should listen to
