it is really upsetting knowing ismfof wouldve had such a longer lasting growth if this album hadnt been rejected, im certain nabil still wouldve left sooner or later, but if they just had one last tour for this album it wouldve been peak.
Matt's voice on this too is so good i love it, with WAY more singing on this album, this is his best vocal performance ever.
i think the experimentation with production has a lot of cool moments, however the mixing and overall sound kinda just feels not like ismfof. this album reminded me a lot of johnnascus (even tho this predates their music), and on that note i think i would enjoy it a lot more if it was made by johnnascus lol
like i get why most of y’all wouldn’t like it but still wtf this is way too low
i came into this knowing of ismfof from the smosh collabs and ttrwo, i saw how people didnt like it that much and didnt have too high of expectations. i immediately fell in love with everything going on here. i am still in disbelief people hate this album so much, brad tastes review pissed me off a lot (but hes a piece of shit abuser so i now understand his lack of good taste).
it has something to it that cheers doesn’t have, but ultimately i only really like a couple

I respect you actually liking a quad song, but this take is fucking insane, there’s plenty of times on fmty where quadeca clearly has good range and good control, and yes I know your review on fmty was that you hated it, but still how can you not recognize that, “back up to earth” on the deluxe I think is his best vocal performance if not “can’t you see” with the type of range he had on there."
