I don't like to talk about myself, or the mental scars I have as most people don't but to me, this collection of work is offensive. I wrote a review for this collection a few years ago subsequently deleting it as I didn't feel like airing out my personal life on the internet.

I think the GQ interview put 3k's new LP in a different perspective. I don't think anyone would rate this as high if it wasn't 3000, I would normally take that into consideration when rating artists that have made a 'comeback'... But.

As someone who has been academically studying politics for, coming up to 5 years, and someone that loves conscious rap, punk, and other politically motivated music this feels quite surface level, compared to the masterpiece of 4:44.
