Highkey started tweaking halfway through this, great listen, but never again.
My friend keeps trying to put me onto idol music and its been a struggle. This is definitely the best attempt as I think Ado's voice is unique and technically impressive, but the instrumentals range from satisfactory to straight dogshit. Someone get her in touch with a better team.
Momo Boyd has a great voice, but all the goodwill that she got from me was removed after I found out she was on that hater track (blame my bumass co-worker blasting it).
Another Polynesian classic, it lowkey comes installed in your head when you turn 8.
For better or worse Juice always rapped from the heart. RIP to Juice, X, and Peep
Great mix of features to accompany a great mix of instrumentals. Everyone cooked.
They all fit the ctrl vibe fs, but I didn't really enjoy the new tracks too much.
Tommy Richman has the soundscape to be my guilty pleasure, but a good chunk of his music is actually horribly mid.
Super bubbly and energetic but I think I need to just get more into electropop to really see the levels between different artists in the genre. Either way I got SAME LA thumping on repeat so I don't mind it too much.
Honestly had no idea Chris Stapleton was a part of a band, but they killed this.
They don't really fit, but all of these should've found their way into the original album imo.
The highs are so high I am willing to not acknowledge that Trippie has made further love letters tbh.
Wasn't the biggest fan of the new tracks but each of them were welcome deluxe editions.
I am off key when I try to sing with her? Yes. Is she also off key? Also yes. Either way you can feel the great energy in both the production and Utada's singing.
One of the albums that has grown a lot on me in the last few weeks, I've seen the hype for underscores but haven't really seen (or heard) the appeal until recently. Believe it or not it was a Wemby hype edit on twitter that got me to relisten to the album lmaoooo
