Tones And I - Beautifully Ordinary
13

Tones and I set a new record on this album with ONE ALMOST LISTENABLE SONG!!!! really quite the achievement 10/10

Dude Central - Dude Central
84

By far one of the most versatile artist out there right now. Following the most crushing listen of the year so far, he delivers a few short months later with quite the curveball. This project really comes from a place of love with beautiful breathy synths that really just fill you with so much warmth. Then we get to the last which really has some GSY!BE vibes on it. Definitely the most abrasive but gorgeous song on the album. A few tracks do blend together but this is still something to be ... read more

Ice Spice - Y2K!

Now it’s porter time!!

Phish - Evolve
50

One note ahh album

Remi Wolf - Big Ideas
85

Phew. This one’s a slapper And I hate British people (don’t look at my score for brat)

Denzel Curry - King of the Mischievous South Vol. 2
83

Exactly what you’d expect from a Denzel Curry album… And not much more

Clairo - Charm
86

Would say it’s only flaw is that it is a little one note at times. But not a bad album by any means. Just wish she’d step out of that comfort zone. EDIT: I was wrong.

HARDY - Quit!!
10

Some of these songs brought me to tears. That’s all. That’s the review. Keep scrolling

Eminem - The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)
40

Guys let’s cancel eminem. Idk what for but it really seems like it does

JoJo Siwa - Guilty Pleasure
25

This record is bad yes, but I do think there’s nothing offensively awful about this thing. The biggest flaw was it was either poorly mixed, badly written but mainly just plain boring. I’m still how bad the songwriting was. With all of the writers used on this project. It seems like they dumbed down their skills to meet what they thought JoJo Siwa was able to make.

Zach Bryan - The Great American Bar Scene
94

Zach Bryan on his last record showed he was a beacon of hope for this dying excuse of a genre. On this record he shows that we shouldn’t even engage with any other popular country because none of it holds a candle to him.
EDIT: I can’t stop listening to this album. It’s so infectious with its heartfelt song writing and sticky hooks throughout out the album. This very well could be my top singer songwriter album of the year. Love this thing

Jax - Dear Joe,
0

You gotta give this album a HAWK TUAH and spit on that thang

James Blake - Bad Cameo
69

Mind bending production front to back. Both of them in their creative bags on this one delivering us one of the most beautiful, introspective listens of the year. Also this marks my halfway point on my journey to listen to 180 new albums this year!

Lupe Fiasco - Samurai
82

Lupe really in prime form, something that we’ve wanted for a while now. Lupe floats on some of the best production he’s had in years. Also he’s gotten so much better at matching his singing to the what the song demands. Really not a bad listen on this album making it one of the top rap record of the year.

Boldy James - Across The Tracks
60

This record is disappointing. Conductor and Boldy James are both talented, it just seemed like they were butting heads creatively the whole record. Not completely disappointed because there were some good ideas, just not enough to etch itself as one of the best hip hop records of the year.

cupcakKe - Dauntless Manifesto
38

I’m sorry, HOW DO YALL LIKE THIS BUT HATE SEXXY RED!! To end my night of torture I gave this a listen. Oh boy was this a way to end the night. Actually a few good tracks but all of those get off set by songs like queef. I heard so much trash this year but queer is really something special. This was still the best record I listened to last night, and that makes me very sad. Also the social justice song at the end was painful

Imagine Dragons - LOOM
35

Nothing to bring to the table whatsoever. I am a torturing myself today so I can enjoy myself tomorrow. Can’t wait to keep working through this trash so I can finally listen to yachty

Camila Cabello - C,XOXO

She really thinks she can just drop Temu’s Kid A and thought we’d let it slide 😭
