joji will always be one of the most definitive artists of my upbringing, and this EP is a big reason for that. He not only inspired me to make my own music, but in doing so, also helped me embrace the idea of accepting the more emotional sides of myself. Rather than burying it all under sarcastic comedy. This project has its problems, production/lyric/singing-wise, but i personally don't think it takes away from what joji wanted to express in this heartfelt record.
lyrically, stylistically, and emotionally all over the place - but the swagger and vibes are undeniable
another beautifully raw, and sometimes excitingly independent, reflection of billie's life experience through love and fame
one of the few people finding this album now and being informed its old
i likey.
take a drag from the spliffy every time you hear kendrick saying noone's praying for him
these songs are an actual rollercoaster filled with constant emotional whiplashes
they'll have good vibes and concepts for one bridge/chorus of a song then rip you out of said vibe to give you the rest of the song which is from pbs kids. intentional or not, it was not executed in a way thats listenable to me
