The essential trap album for the current generation. Die Lit is a one of a kind experience full of bangers all taped together from end to end. From the first second of the record to the very last, Pi’erre Bourne lays the foundation with crisp drums and infectious melodies which Carti utilizes to the fullest extent. Carti creates an entire soundscape separate from the beat using his signature garish ad libs which you can really only hear if you listen for it. I think this record is yet another benchmark for trap music, created by the king himself.
