It's fine. Nothing new from the band but it's listenable.
Best Tracks: Legions, Den of Thieves, Sonic Salvation, Cerebral Malfunction, S.O.S.
I love the sound of this album. Lyrically it's also fun. Will definitely be listening more.
Best Tracks: Jean Skirt, Obsessica, Free.99, Breathe, I Saw Your Face, Difficult Love, Malcolm In The Middle, Gun To My Head, X's & O's, Lonely Song, Do That Again
A step up from his previous album. The production is more interesting, and the lyrics are still strong.
Best Tracks: Commencement, Baron, Over, Reflections, Residuum, Crux Ansata, Belladonna, Circa, If God Had Legs, The Birth Of Medicine, Bleeding Scarlet, F.E.A.R.
Not as strong as Love Is Not Enough, but still a very solid album from the group.
Best Tracks: Slip the Noose, Doom in Bloom, It Only Gets Worse, I Won't Let You Go, It's Not up to Us, Hum of Hurt, Nothing Is Over
I had high expectations based on the singles, and I'm glad to say the album delivered. Really strong lyrically and the instrumentals really complement Vince Staples' flow. One of his best albums (possible his best but I think Big Fish Theory has the slight edge as of now).
Best Tracks: Blackberry Marmalade, Go! Go! Gorilla, White Flag, The Running Man, TV Guide, The Big Bad Wolf, Only In America, Do You Know The Devil, Cotton, 7 In The Morning
Some of this doesn't hold up, especially towards the end of the album. But there are still a lot of great tracks here.
Best Tracks: Black Damask (The Fog), Devil's Night, America, Burned At Both Ends, The Divine Infection, If It's Dead We'll Kill It, Synthetic Love
Went back to Staples' debut EP, and it's great! Not perfect but so much to like.
Best Tracks: Fire, 65 Hunnid, Screen Door, Hands Up, Blue Suede, Limos
Interesting to listen to as a fan of Slipknot, but this is far from good. More of a curiosity than anything
Best Tracks: Slipknot, Only One, Confessions
Really liked this! Some really strong guitar work on this. My first exposure to Fugazi, and I have to say I'm a fan.
Best Tracks: Do You Like Me, Bed for the Scraping, Latest Disgrace, Forensic Scene, Combination Lock, By You, Target, Back to Base, Downed City, Long Distance Runner
A really fun set of tracks.
Best Tracks: Who Sent You?, Uh-Oh, Moving Day, Burnt Maeve, Homework, The Burgers, Evolution
Not bad, but didn't really stand out to me from other albums in the genre. Not as high on this as critics.
Best Tracks: Ember, The Weak, mother-of-pearl, Tender Blades, Star
