I want to start by saying that I really enjoy the vocal performance on this project. It reminds me a lot of julie with this sort of calming and aggressive energy. It’s so similar and yet distinct that I can’t help but love it. And I’m even more surprised with how good this EP is, considering this is Clarion’s first project. The sort of chaotic yet vibey instrumentals elevate this EP a lot as well, and the elevation of said instruments in some songs, like Sunhail48, works really well. Although I wish it were longer, it’s an EP at the end of the day, and I’m satisfied with what I got.
