The best Metallica album.

Without this album, I wouldn't be the metal enjoyer that I am. I would've just been stuck to power metal. This is mostly fire music with All Nightmare Long and That Was Just Your Life being in my top 3 Metallica songs.

Should've stopped after hardwired. Room of Mirrors and Sleepwalk my life away are all that make this above just an average metal album. Not bad but just not necessary

I love heretic , acid rain, shepherd of fire and the title track a lot. That said, a lot of this is painfully mid

I think this album gets too much hate. It definitely aint their best work with G being one of their worst track of all time and Easier being horribly mid. However, the rest of the album struck me in a way no other album does. They threw everything at the wall and mostly succeeded.

I may hate M.Shadows with all my heart but this really was their peak.

Real semi-mid tracks like God Hates Us and Natural Born Killer alongside peak like Victim, Save Me, and Fiction.

One of the best modern metal albums of its time.

I mean it isn't as bad as people say but it isn't great either. Darkness Surrounding is such a banger tho.

This is really good. I was expecting this to be generic but no. You can see how radiohead would evolve from this album and this doesn't mean they didn't have skill here. The writing is pretty good especially for a first album. It doesn't even feel samey save for some instances. This still is not as good as other radiohead albums but you knew that.

I am in love with this record. I heard it for the first time on a bike with my dad. I had this in some open ear earbuds and played it. It was such a delightful listen. A wonderful story in the Amory Wars that really knows when to be some banger metal and when to be an emotional masterpiece. Gravity's Union is a song that needs to be studied for how well it is executed. Claudio really pushes himself on this whole album. This is the best SOAD record. All of these songs have such a unique energy that only a band like this can produce. Revenga is up there for one of my favorite songs of all time.

City Pop at its finest. There will never be an album like this because this was the perfection of this genre. Every song is a masterpiece of city pop. I love this thing to death.

Relax guys. This isn't even top 3 radiohead.

What the hell is this? Look I mess with experimental stuff and I can credit them for trying. However, every time they tried, they failed. It is really impressive how much they just crap on what could be good songs just to be quirky.
