Tallah - The Generation of Danger

NU METAL IS BACK BABY!!!!!!!!! And its coming in the gruesome form of Tallah. I had heard of these guys from the past couple years but only recently checked them out because of the quick high praise for this album and hearing about how they're doing modern NU-Metal, and I absolutely love the genre. Yeah this album goes hard. This sounds like a crazy mix between Korn, SlipKnot, and Code Orange. The vocalist is absolutely incredible with his vocal ability ranging from sounding like Mike Shinoda and Chester in one moment, and laying down brutal gutturals like Will Ramos in the next. Not to mention the hooks are great too, and with the production sounding raw and dirty af, making this even more authentic as a tortured nu-metal experience like Korn back in the day. Absolutely loving this thing and one of my fav Metal releases this year. Fav Tracks: The Hard Reset, Stomping Grounds, The Impressionist, Shaken (Not Stirred), For The Recognition, Dicker's Done, Telescope, Wendrid, Headfirst, Thistle, How Long?. Least Fav: Of Nothing
