It’s so nice just to have an album that’s straight up fun to listen to. With it being a “fun” album, none of the production, artistry, or musical capability was comprised either which is a huge accomplishment.
For some reason this album is really clicking for me right now. Something about it feels so fresh but also nostalgic at the same time. Production is very unique, honestly nothing reminds me of it which is becoming more rare these days. Some songs I’m not a huge fan of, but otherwise a very unexpectedly touching album.
Nothing really stuck out to me on this one. The Oklou feature song is probably the closest one but nothing made it to my playlist.
There’s some moments when I really works for me and others where it doesn’t. There probably only three or four songs I would return to personally. I like the concept, not sure I love the execution.
