Tracklist found here is the UK version... The US version cut "Out of Time", "Take It or Leave It", "What to Do", and "Mother's Little Helper" while adding the legendary single "Paint It, Black".

Well, The 4 songs cut off the US version are all really good (and appeared on other US releases). What I personally have done is tack paint it black on as the opening track, and then listen to the rest of it with the UK tracklist. The actually vinyl copy I have is the UK version.

not really, especially since it was initially released in the UK without PIB... The US version came about 2.5 months later. The song is obviously great, but both Paint it Black and Jumpin Jack Flash (which is maybe my all time fav stones song) were both released as stand alone singles, along with appearing on various state side compilations.
