Radiohead - In Rainbows
100

You know what? I'm gonna say it. I know that "OK Computer" is considered Radiohead's best, but I think this is their best one.

Favorite song is "All I Need"
Least favorite song is "Faust Arp" (not bad by any stretch)

Radiohead - Hail to the Thief
86

Dance, you fucker, dance.

Favorite song is "2 + 2 = 5"
Least favorite song is "I Will"

Radiohead - Amnesiac
83

I know there's a sub-sect of people out there who hate it when you call this the b-sides to "Kid A", but like... come on. Besides, it's still way better than a lot of other band's core albums.

Favorite song is "Pyramid Song"
Least favorite song is "Like Spinning Plates"

Osees - An Odd Entrances
50

...huh?

Favorite song is "The Poem"
Least favorite song is "Nervous Tech (Nah John)"

Jawbreaker - Unfun
71

I was gonna say that these guys are very "Pro Skater" coded... until I looked it up and learned that one of their songs was literally in "Tony Hawk's Underground", so I proved myself right.

Favorite song is "Fine Day"
Least favorite song is "Wound"

Bolt Thrower - The IVth Crusade
82

The cover art, the growling of the lead singer, the heavy guitar riffs, the pounding of the drumming... yeah, this is some good shit right here.

Favorite song is either the title track or "Where Next to Conquer"
Least favorite song is "This Time It's War" (not bad by any means)

The Postal Service - Give Up
87

This does not sound like it was made in the early 2000s. It feels like it could have come out today. Way ahead of its time, and reminds me a lot of A Great Big World and Owl City.

Favorite song is "Such Great Heights"
Least favorite song is "This Place Is a Prison"

Judy Collins - Running for My Life
67

The songs themselves don't do much for me, but I like her voice. It reminds me of those singers from early childhood storybooks.

Favorite song is "The Rainbow Connection" (technically cheating, but who cares)
Least favorite song is the title track

Converge - Love Is Not Enough
89

Converge made a great album. In other news, the sky is blue.

Favorite song is either "Amon Amok", "Make Me Forget You", and "We Were Never the Same" (I can't pick just one. They were all so good)
Least favorite song is "Distract and Divide" (not bad by any stretch.)

Ween - La Cucaracha
71

I only knew these guys from the first Spongebob movie, so to say that I was not expecting a nearly 11-minute long track of mostly killer instrumentals and another song about explicity doing sex stuff would be putting it lightly.

Favorite song is "With My Own Bare Hands"
Least favorite song is "Shamemaker"

One Direction - FOUR
71

Some genuine bangers on here. I remember being really uptight about girls from my grade in school liking them and being a bit of an ass about it, but in my late 20s, I'm starting to realize... I think I'm starting to like these lads.

Favorite song is "Night Changes"
Least favorite song is "Girl Almighty"

AC/DC - High Voltage
72

This is the band I associate the most with "classic rock", as do many others. And this album has aged in the ways that you would expect any rock album from the '70s to age.

Favorite song is "T.N.T." (shoutouts to Pro Skater 4)
Least favorite song is "Can I Sit Next to You Girl"

The Living End - The Ending Is Just the Beginning Repeating
70

It's decent. Nothing about it really sticks out. The title track is fairly enjoyable, and the opener is solid too, but other than that, it's perfectly acceptable.

Favorite song is the title track
Least favorite song is "Away from the City"

ABBA - Ring Ring
64

You know, for a band that would become synonymous with drunken karaoke and jukebox musical films, this was surprisingly just okay. You gotta start somewhere, I guess.

Favorite song is the title track
Least favorite song is "He Is Your Brother"

Robbie Williams - BRITPOP
56

It starts off really strong, but never really reaches that level of energy and excitement again. All of the other songs aren't awful, but I was wanting more and didn't get it.

Favorite song is "Rocket"
Least favorite song is "Morrissey"

Kreator - Krushers Of The World
76

German thrash metal is always a good time for me.

Favorite song is "Satanic Anarchy"
Least favorite song is "Loyal to the Grave"

Aaliyah - Age Ain't Nothing But a Number
78

Silky smooth vocals, catchy beats, interesting lyrics... this was really good. If it weren't for the presence of R. Kelly, I would have pumped this into the 80s.

Favorite song is "Throw Your Hands Up"
Least favorite song is "No One Knows How to Love Me Quite Like You Do"

Foster the People - Sacred Hearts Club
57

Full disclosure, I did not finish this album. There wasn't really anything that I could latch onto, and I decided to drop it a little less than halfway through. Sorry.

EDIT: Moved the score up from 54 to 57 after hearing "Lotus Eater"

Favorite song is "Sit Next to Me"
Least favorite song is "Pay the Man"
I stopped listening at "I Love My Friends"

Radiohead - Kid A
94

Such a sharp contrast to what the band had been doing up until then, dropping traditional noises of rock in favor of more synth-heavy composition. And it absolutely paid off.

Favorite song is "How to Disappear Completely"
Least favorite song is "In Limbo"

Radiohead - OK Computer
99

I mean, what can I say about this one that hasn't been said already? It's the greatest of all time.

Favorite song is "Let Down"
Least favorite song is "Fitter Happier"
