Fox Stevenson has peaked once again, and it doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon.
After the release of his "Enemy Brain Entertainment Suite" EP, I instantly became addicted to his style of production, and this album is basically an extension to that project, which I couldn't be more happy about. I can safely say that this project has definitely made, and even exceeded my expectations, and made Fox Stevenson one of my favourite artists out there. I adore Fox's ... read more
Paper Skies' debut album is a very personal project. It can clearly be seen how much passion he tried to put into it, and how he tries to connect with the listener in an intimate way. It's not the biggest nor the longest thing ever, however it doesn't have to, as in every minute you can feel the soul put into it. The intro and interlude are just Paper Skies himself talking about what it really means to be an artist and how his story looked like, and some may call it pretentious, ... read more
"Is Jaron the future of music?" - I definitely hope so.
Honestly, if I could relate to the meaning of this album, it probably would have been my favorite album of all time, but even then, it still has a spot in my top 5 list. This is by far one of the most beautiful projects I had the pleasure listening to, where I genuinely cried multiple times over the runtime of it. The distorted and oversaturated nature of the production really adds to the intensity of these emotions, and I adore ... read more
I am positively surprised by this EP. The tracks are very fun to listen, the flow is definitely here, the melodies are nice (especially in the first and last track of the project), and the production doesn't feel too bland nor empty. This is exactly what I want from riddim.

Speaking from a perspective of a person that doesn't have a strong connection to Linkin Park nor Chester himself, that only was listening to a couple of classic singles a while back like "In The End", "Castle Of Glass" or "Breaking The Habit" and as a person that doesn't listen to rock music that much, I have to say that I pretty much enjoyed this project. This is my first time listening to Linkin Park for real, and from what I've heard, I see this ... read more
THE HIT EM ID IS OUT
To think that a single Twitter post could influence such a track. This is by far the best take on the "hit em" genre I've seen, and the drop is honestly one of the most fun I've ever had when listening to Eprom. However, my biggest problem with it is that the length of over 4 minutes is not justified, as over half of the track are just some atmospheric sounds. It's not that I have anything against creating an atmosphere, and it's not that ... read more
When it comes to festival bangers, Crankdat almost never disappoints. An insanely fun track, and one of his best in recent years.
A pretty boring horror movie.
Before I say why I didn't like this project that much, I want to say a couple good things that I really enjoyed. First of all, the idea of creating a riddim concept album themed around horror movies and horror movie soundtracks sounds like a perfect idea. It's weird that I haven't seen anyone do something like this before, because this genre seem ideal for like this. And second of all, the atmosphere and world-building are fantastic. It really made ... read more
I can definitely say it's a breath of fresh air when it comes to Disciple releases, and this project had a lot of premise when I heard the previews, however falls flat when it comes to the full release. It's not a terrible project, as I had some fun with it, however the distortions throughout this EP aren't working as well as I'd hoped to. Often, these pulls the tracks down instead of making them more exciting, in the end making them messier and harder to follow through. I ... read more
A great and consistent EP, filled with calming tracks ideal for night drives or pulling an all-nighter.

A very pleasant House/Trance EP, filled with fun and catchy songs to dance to.

The drums in the drops sound a little weird, but aside from that, it's a nice, nostalgic tune, very reminiscent of 2010s electro-house era, which I'm all down for.
This album is more of a compilation of Full Flavor tracks specifically made for rhythm games instead of a full-fledged new project, but I'm pretty sure Camellia is well aware of that, and that's not a bad thing. There are only two new tracks on this album, however there were a couple ones that I've missed, even though I am a huge Camellia fan. That was a hard project to follow, as it just constantly gets straight in your face for the enirety of the runtime, and at times it is ... read more
A fun collection of tunes to rave to, reminiscent of the likes of ISOxo or Knock2.

As expected from Conro, this EP is a fine listen. It has some nice and vibey tunes you can listen to instead of the usual radio-friendly music. However, this EP is pretty forgettable and doesn't really have much of a substance. Nothing necessarily bad, but also nothing that's really worth remembering.
