FINALLY A REVIEW!!!!!!

Sorry. It's been a while. I haven't had much want to write a review, nor do I ever have anything to say about a record anymore. But something struck me listening to this album that made me pull out my notes and finally get something down for a review. Anyways, a lot of this album is cheesy '80s supermarket pop. Some songs do this style well like Happiness and Looking For Somebody (To Love). Though some songs definitely bore me and don't really do this feel well like Oh Caroline, I'm In Love With You and About You. Just when I start to get bored with the album, though, All I Need To Hear sweeps in and gives me a nice soft sweet ballad in the midst of the increasingly uninteresting pop happening after the 3rd track. Though the album starts to get boring again, and the last 4 tracks really are nonexistent compared to the rest of the album in my eyes. An album I originally thought I enjoyed more when it finished, but turns out I only really enjoyed about 4 of the 11 songs on it. A pretty mediocre album from a band I've never really been interested in before anyway.

Favs: The 1975, Happiness, Looking For Somebody (To Love), All I Need To Hear

Least Favs: Oh Caroline, I'm In Love With You, About You, When We Are Together
