Perhaps my favorite Animal Collective album, holy shit.
This is awesome.

The following is a transcript of my thoughts toward this album as presented on January 24th, 2021.

I haven't sat down to have a full, focused listen to this whole project...but I've circled around tracks enough to have an opinion on it. I think it's solid, it has some really good moments. The synth-fest that is "Peacebone" is really fun, in fact, a lot of the songs here are fun. It's a rollercoaster of abnormal sounds beginning with a sample of a fish analysis ("Bonefish").
It's pretty good, I like it. It's an interesting one for the ears and I approve.
