Ye...I liked it. I think you guys are a bit too harsh, not to say this is flawless or great, there's bad songs here and the length of this is a bit much, lyrics are pretty much what you'd expect from Eminem, some good lyrics, some cringy ones, a lot of em feel like dad jokes, whether good or bad depends on who you ask.
I do have to say there's a few songs that would have been better left out, never love again little engine unaccommodation and lock it up felt like filler and overall pretty generic to me, the opening to farewell was cringe at best even if the rest of the song was pretty alright. There are some questionable features, Don Toliver one I thought was actual garbage, I wasn't a big fan of the Anderson .Paak one. The Ed Sheeran one wasn't anything special but it was better than the one on revival, way better.
Juice WRLD feature was fine I guess, that's my whole opinion on Godzilla for that matter, it's fine. The feature from Skylar Grey was really great, def my favorite feature on this album even if it's a less is more type of feature. Darkness is a big standout track here, also the interludes were pretty alright.
Yah Yah (Imo) was pretty enjoyable and fun. Also really enjoyed You Gon' Learn and I will, the features on those tracks are pretty great and I really like the hooks. Production is also pretty good, a whole lot better than Revival and Kamikaze.
Overall, a lot of it is pretty great, some of it is pretty bad, I would be lying if I didn't say that I thought that this is a good album even if it is a flawed one
Favorite tracks: Darkness, Yah Yah, Leaving Heaven, I will, You Gon' Learn, Premonition and Stepdad
