One can never deny his unceasing knack for groove and this is arguably his best showcase of it, even if I do think he'd improve in many other areas going forward. Still a really great album.
Torn between 80 and 90. Admittedly Sister making me... uncomfortable to say the least is reason why I'm leaning more towards the former.
2nd Dillinger album

His longest and in some ways most personal to date. As a result there are definitely songs that are stronger than others in terms of production and hooks, but what never diminishes is his abilities as a lyricist. Always conscious, down to earth yet philosophical, and with rhyme density that few are gonna match any year he decides to drop.
