There isn't a better album in the genre, and like my second favorite hip hop album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, TPAB has aged like a fine wine.
A modern pop song that fits so well on an indie playlist it's scary. Bad Guy gets most of the press, but "Bury a Friend" really made this album click for me.
The first time I heard this album, I was amazed a pop album could be this imaginative...
...the problem is it sure feels like she lifted it a lot from other sources. That being said, it's still great and an improvement over most modern pop albums.
The best of Dream Theater. It's hard not to just listen to the virtuosity and get lost in it.
Before they departed into the Radiohead weirdness that often came to define the band and their works, OK Computer closed their traditional Alternative Rock phase with the greatest album of its kind...ever.
It's hard to believe after OK Computer and Kid A that Radiohead had another all time great album in its future. This album delivers in every sense of the word.
This album really does live up to the hype. It's all but perfect.
Don't be fooled by the genre "Pop Rock" and "Pop Punk", this album kills. Rock first, pop later. Creeper is proof that there is still Pop Rock and Pop Punk that is truly great.
I am a sucker for long, indulgent closers. "I Know the End" leaves you in a place where you just stop, contemplate, and appreciate the journey this album took you on from start to finish.
I get it. It's not necessarily my kind of music but the songwriting and the execution are as advertised.
More consistent album than "A Deeper Understanding" albeit without the masterpiece that is "Strangest Thing".
One of the best albums of all time. Sound is incredible, the songs are timeless, and that ending is just about the best of any album.
In an album full of highlights, "Strangest Thing" is the band's magnum opus. You'll want to listen to it twice.
Album clearly defines an entire drama. Truly a joy to listen to from beginning to end.
The instrumentation on this album is just excellent. Horns, recorder, and flute really laid the groundwork for future progressive rock albums.
