"@kimuri Seeing my mutuals on here getting into GFx3C is such a joy to witness. Definitely check out Soak when you have the time and desire to. It's my favorite release by them and what's a difference between Soak and Drought imo is that Soak focuses more on the Emo and Math Rock side than Post-Hardcore which creates a way more catchier and pleasurable listen which is what I think is best when starting off with the band. No harm in starting off with this as well, every GFx3C release is great and I can't recommend them enough :D"

I can slightly compare this to other works and what makes this band special for me is their technical abilities and Math Rock/Mathcore stylistic choices in certain moments. They also infuse a lot of Emotional writing and really deep shit which I definitely suggest reading if you haven't. Please check out their 2020 release "Soak" as well, it's one of my favorite records ever and I can admit, Gfx3C is one of my favorite bands ever. Amazing review :D"
