While maybe not as consistent as his other work, it's still a high quality album.
Another awesome EP from Meganeko. I don't usually enjoy remixes of classical songs, but these are geniuenly incredible.
Drake just doesn't learn I guess. Literally every single criticism he got since Scorpion, maybe even Views, can be applied here. Except this record managed to somehow be less interesting and have less personality than any of them.
I'm not the biggest fan of drumless hip hop so I didn't really love this, but it's still great in terms of the rapping and production itself.
I liked a decent amount of tracks here, but a lot of that is attributed to production. I feel like I would be able to enjoy this a lot more if bambi's verses were more interesting or avoided some of the not too uncommon lackluster writing.
The production is definitely the highlight. Unfortunately I feel like the performance of both Larry and 2 Chainz isn't very strong for the most part.
I always loved Aldaron's voice, and that is no diffrent here. Even though all tracks except the last one are covers, he sounds great playing them. Ultimately, these are still almost entirely acoustic, so some of these aren't extremely interesting, which does bring down the record quite a bit. Also, the live rendition of "Niemanie" is geniuenly incredible, it's lovely to hear his wife in the background as well.
Huge mixed bag. There are some really good songs here, but there are also ones I REALLY hate. Most tracks are just okay or make me feel nothing. Also the fact that this is 35 songs made me feel like I was going actually insane
New tracks are overall really good, the B-side isn't as good but these are pretty much bonus tracks so I can't really complain.
