Since I first listened to it, the album has grown on me a lot - And while thank u, next might seem rushed at first, it is everything a pop record should be: catchy, personal, unidirectional.

At first I was quite disappointed with the minimal instrumentation, but listening carefully to the lyrics really pays off. I think I’ve never heard a Lana this dark and desolate.

Dirty Computer is hands down, one of the best albums of 2018 but I feel like it's too much to be listened at once.

Although being Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 cohesive and quite fun, I feel like Calvin Harris must improve the stylistic direction he’s taking a lot.

I might not understand his musical style, but to me "Beauty Behind the Madness" feels directionless.

Negro Swan has nothing to offer but a great instrumentation and some pretty personal lyrics.

I must say I’m quite conflicted about this album. With its interesting cover and great leading single, I was looking forward to listening to Sweetener and here’s what I think. In Be the Cowboy, Mitski masterfully reinvents her persona without drastically changing her musical style. In fact, while having the first half of the album a rock-indie vibe to it (that reminds me of Puberty 2) - its second half features a clearer instrumentation and a tone of loneliness in her voice that completely caught my attention.

Her self-titled album is without any doubt Beyoncé's most ambitious album yet.

Once you get used to its unusual production, you're just gonna love this record.

Britney's attempt to recover from her previous, disastrous LP results in the creation of an album that is overall solid, but still flawed. The vocals are weak and the tracks can't just hold a candle to Ms Spears' hits of the past.
