Fantastic piece of work that doesn't drag on. A concise project that shows off the potential Kali Uchis had back then, and provides a backdrop to her massive success currently. Melting, Lottery, and Rush are 3 amazing tracks.
I've certainly heard worse compilation albums, but this stands out in it's above-averageness. Most of the songs on here are good, but not great. The highlights are pretty high, but the lowlights are LOW, especially With the Fish and Hello There (RIP 6 Dogs but With The Fish is just not a good song). It's good, not great.
Amazing album, every track offers something. redrum is one of the best 21 songs i've ever heard, and other highlights are NHIE, LTMB, and redsky. Features add a lot, and the transitions are on point as well. Brilliant, brilliant modern rap.
this is a very enjoyable album and that's really all i have to say about it. very lovely and solid.
