WASSUP raises the bar for JVB by being more hype than any song off of their last album "NO HANDS"
Jojo thinks she's gonna be the next Dolly Parton with those hoarse vocals
An entertaining single from Car Bomb that is both well sequenced and out of the ordinary. Those guitar bends that sound like a car driving fast are insane.
One of the most repetitive and annoying tracks BABYMETAL have released that also prominently features one of the worst deathcore bands of all time
This is so boring and dull, it would fit perfectly on the soundtrack for a Fifty Shades of Grey movie
Why the f*ck am I even listening to this dumbass song?
This Attack Attack! single features about every generic and cliché trope of alternative metal that are executed about as well as Maximilien Robespierre's suicide attempt
Deftones show their generic copycats how to make actually good alternative metal with this single
“Government Plates” is an odd entry to the Death Grips discography. Specifically with the second half of the album, you will have songs that have genuinely well made hooks, but they aren’t actually a part of a song that feels finished, focused, or worth coming back to. Like with the “LA creepin’ under my skin” that repeats on “Big House” that doesn't really build out or translate into anything else. You also have the intro of “Bootleg ... read more
A very wild and intense death metal track, with some great production from Kurt Ballou of Converge
I actually wanted to like this track, but I unfortunately didn't. Not only did I find the lyrics of the song to be not good, but the over the top vocal performance prevents the lyrics from coming across as sad or depressing. Instead they come across even more silly than they already are.

It's hard to find screamo music that is this emotionally impactful and has this much variety.
Every member of Touché Amoré provides a performance that is full of human spirit. To me, the best performance hands down has to go to vocalist Jeremy Bolm, who manages to vocally pinpoint a space between singing and screaming that is both easily recognizable, easy to understand, and gives the lyrics more added weight. With a short runtime of 29 minutes making up 12 tracks, if you ... read more
Even though “The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons” has a bit of idle songwriting in the middle of its tracklist with meh choruses and instrumentals that are just serviceable, it still is a solid garage punk album from The Hives with some great tracks
It’s amazing how a rock song is able to sound this cinematic and unworldly through dissonant harmonies and occasional touches of orchestral instruments
