this album is kind of like if grunge and country had a baby

the title track is probably my favorite

i havent listened to much grunge other than nirvana so i came in expecting in utero 2 or something so i did not think i would be crying at the end of nutshell lollll

rotten apple and swing on this are also pretty good but nutshell does something to me man

i gotta say this cover does go kind of hard

helped me go through quite possibly the worst time in my life please come back frank

the guitar on this song is quite good

the drums carry this tho imo

the lyrics are alr ig nothing super special 🤷

hope the album is good if that actually comes

very awesome! obviously not as good as the original but this gives me the same feeling as minewest emo by saddyowner, like its the same, but its also different? idk

its not bad, its not good, its not even really okay, its just forgettable, the songs drag on too long except for lotus flower, feral and MAYBE little by little? theres not really a concept, or atleast not one i could figure out, also the synths def dont fit aswell as they did on smth like kid A but idk ig thats just me maybe i just jumped on the hate bandwagon yk

okay real review time i really like this album, the concept is really good (some representation of life or smth idk), i really like the riffs on some of these songs (ESPECIALLY idioteque) and i think the synth fits really well on the album, i think the synth makes the album alot better personally

the black seminole wouldve got me crying if there wasnt someone else in the car when i listened to it for the first time

call me crazy but i dont think its as bad as everyone says
the lyrics are absolutely awful but the production could be alot worse
meet me on the roof doesnt sound terrible and fire ready aim is somewhat catchy
i was a teenage teenager does suck in terms of production and lyrics i can def see how thats the lowest rated song on this
stab you in the heart has a decent beginning and then it all falls apart later on
everything else is forgettable

call me weird but i unironically kinda like it????? the guitar is really nice, obv the lyrics arent very good but i thnk the guitar and the vocals alone makes this a 65

the beginning and end are extremely good but the middle is terrible
mommanem is probably one of the worst tyler the creator songs

def his best album and project in general, even if its decently short for an album the guitar/production in general on this album makes me so crazy, man. the lyrics are a little weird at times but its not like super bad. you could tell his sound was REALLY evolving, im sure his next album wouldve been really good. rip wifiskeleton my goat
