quite amazing cover of the tessa violet's "crush", takes a truly realistic, manic, and obsessive take on crushes. wonderful performance from the duo as always.

interesting/sufficient songs solely (except for that excruciatingly dry interlude monologue) with an amazing takes on acoustic tracks like "be my mistake" and "surrounded by heads and bodies", breathtaking creativity in "how to draw / petrichor" and "i like america and america likes me", uneven album flow (+ incoherence) that doesn't contribute the concept of the album. makes as much of a defining statement on society as it does impress the average ... read more
