Used to be one of my favorite album. Upon revisiting, It still is an amazing listen from front to back. It has some hard hitting bangers like Even Flow and Once and some emotionally filled songs like Black and Alive. I think it is musically superior to its rival Nevermind, but falls short in almost every other category.
One of the lost likable and addictive classic you can hear. Every song is catchy and super game changing. Changed the decade completely and shaped modern music. Kurt Cobain was an amazing songwriter. Also, the production makes it sounds huge and great.
To be honest, I really don't enjoy the story telling here, to me it sounds like he has a text and a melody and he forces them together and it annoys me.
I definitely enjoy his voice less than the average folk singer, but I guess other than that, the instrumental is not bad.
Blood on the Leaves got me interested in this duo.
Great, classic and experimental EP that would craft TNGHT's signature sound. It is an acquired taste for some, but once you get it, it is packed with bangers.
