Ranking Everything With 100+ Ratings

Hey! Over the last few years that I've been on AOTY, my appreciation for music has changed a lot. I used to only listen to hip-hop, and by broadening my horizon and reading your reviews, I've greatly expanded my musical taste. Thank you for helping me see the beauty of music, regardless of genre. This list is meant to encapsulate that sentiment. I'm trying to listen to each album with at least 100 ratings, good or bad, and then rank them here.

I use a random number generator to select an album from a master list daily, so I never know what I will get. It helps to keep things fresh and it limits burnout and biases. I currently have ~7,500 projects left. Albums are usually added after my first listen with a few exceptions. I will only add an album to this list if I can find it in full on Spotify.

Thanks so much, @UltimateLifeFrm ! It takes a lot of time, but I think it's worth it; I've never had so much fun with music before! Plus, if I do end up finishing this list, the satisfaction and gratification would be immense.

That's very impressive @SupItsChase ! In the past, I dismissed so many albums based on genre or artist alone. Doing this has really opened my eyes to how beautiful music can be from a variety of genres, even those that I thought I hated. I'd love to listen to more than one album a day, but I feel as though I wouldn't be able to give the same amount of attention to each album. 650 albums in under a year is a huge feat, and 2,000 by the end of this year would be monumental. If you compile everything you've heard so far into a ranked list, give me a shout, I'd love to check it out and follow along on your journey!

I highly admire the dedication you're putting into this list since there's so many albums out there to listen to.

As someone who recently started doing this around last year during may until now, I'm glad to see that you're breaking out into different genres and broadening your musical taste. I've listened to at least 1 album a day and I'm at over 650 albums listened to in under a year, and I'm aiming to reach 2,000 by the end of this year.

Thanks @calebmullings54! Only 19 years left to go!

Well at my current rate it'll only take me... 20 years. If I stopped writing reviews, or did shorter reviews altogether I could probably halve that or 4th it. Instead of trying to complete this, although I am, my main focus is on listening to things I wouldn't have before. I've never listened to this much new music in my life, and it's been a blast so far! @calebmullings54
