The Smiths’ debut, self-titled project is a perfect career-defining album that set the tone for what was to come next. More childish than “Hatful of Hollow,” the album still has its moments where you would think the band had been working together for years beyond their experience.

underscore’s 4th(?) 5th(?) album (depending on how you count the Director’s Cut of “Wallsocket”), is a grear album, very upbeat and dance-y. underscores manages to blend EDM with pop and an almost alternative rock/pop vibe, which works perfectly. Not too many other comments.

Faye Webster manages to blend country and Indie Rock/Pop without creating an obvious nuance or a lull in the album (Though it gets close with the last 2 tracks being my personal least favorite). Webster has a great voice that is on full display throughout the album's 31 minute runtime, and paired with great instrumentals and sad lyrics, there are tracks on this album sound like they could come straight out of a 70s album.
