I love the message behind this album. The speeches made by different people throughout the interludes is very interesting and brings recognition to african american rights and how they are often suppressed. I think solange is a really good singer too. soul/R&B isn't my favourite genre but I do personally find myself vibing to a lot of the songs.

I appreciate the art that comes with ambient music. It isn't something I would put into my personal playlist however the art behind this kind of music is very creative and not an easy thing to make. Therefore, it gets some skill and creativity points from me. I wouldn't say this album is overrated but It's just not my favourite type of music.

I think this album is too long for what it's worth. It could definitely benefit from being a shorter length. It felt boring nearing the second half and I just wanted it to be over.

Strong 5/10
half the songs feel unfinished
genuinely bad experience listening to this
genuinely hoping vultures 3 doesn’t drop so kanye can end his career.
i think it’s time to retire.
it’s barely been a day and everyone’s alr review bombing this album. it isn’t even that bad grow up.
def one of ems best albums since the early 2000s.
the story is very good and the instrumentals are a lot better than music to be murdered by.
don’t be sad it ended, be happy that it happened.
this album is gonna be so good
bought the vinyl before i listened to it so my first listen was on that
huge risk but worth it

Not a massive 2000–10s pop music fan but I do appreciate this album for what it's worth and it's impact on music. (As a New Zealander, I also have to appreciate Lorde as it is anyway).

Honestly, I've heard so many of these songs without context as to where they're from so it's cool to see where they all came from; especially all from one place. The endings of each song I think are the best and most memorable, which is a good thing because it makes you listen to the whole song to get to the best part.

First listen to Astroworld believe it or not; it's pretty much exactly what I expected it to be. Mix of straight up bangers and a mix of some very basic 'unfinished' sounding songs. The ghost writers def went off on this album. utopia better tho (cope)

I get the love that older people have for this album, and I also get the hatred younger people have for this album. I believe that this album is really good for its time and when it was released. But it would not hold up in the modern era of music. Music is meant to be a very subjective form of art but personally, I do think positively of this album. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy a vinyl of it though.

Pretty average 2010s electric pop album. Some pretty decent songs and some cool ideas. But overall, the album is very generic and does not have a lot of flavour to it. Also not my favourite type of music.

The second song scared the shit out of me when it started but this music is pretty good
