Production is outdated, some silly song ideas and bad lyrics here and there but I really really loved this album as a kid and can still recite every single lyric to every song here.
Yeah I recognize it’s nowhere near as enjoyable or good as I thought it was back then, but I think this is better than almost everything Eminem has done since relapse besides MMLP2. He sounds very hungry and passionate here and his flows are so smooth, I miss this Eminem. Royce is as strong as ever and they have amazing chemistry on every song.

Some of the hooks are melodramatic and very dated (lighters, echo) but I seriously love when these two link up. Even with Eminem’s newest album, the one song that Royce produced and featured on is like the best on the whole album. Royce just pulls something out of Eminem we don’t see often and it’s very evident with the highlights here.

Also; Fast Lane is such a goofy and fun song. It’s so corny it works.
