preacher's daughter tackles dark themes in a brutal yet hauntingly artistic way - it does not try to sugarcoat in terms of production and lyricism. the songwriting is rich in southern and religious influences in hayden's real life and literary references. at times the sound becomes harrowing and sinister, taking you through the journey of the main character of the narrative as she descends lower into the darkest depths of her life, though the sound may seem too slow-paced on a first ... read more
imaginal disk is a surreal, dreamy and magical album harmoniously blending 80s and modern synthpop in a way that's so refreshing and lively. a lot of people do not enjoy mica's vocals but i personally think it contributes wonderfully to the transcendent experience along with the bubbly and lush production. each track holds up to the artistic vision the duo had delivered beautifully yet remain cohesive from start to finish. this record is absolutely delightful and ethereal, cementing ... read more
brat is very hit and miss for me personally. there are a lot of amazing tracks such as von dutch, 360 and 365 but i did not find myself enjoying other tracks as much. it is undeniable that charli has made such a fun album with a vibrant and brash production, but it did not live up to the hype for me.
fwn is a very dynamic and confident album, though i do wish it was a bit longer. the balance between the confident, energetic tracks and the slower, more emotional tracks makes the album very fun and enjoyable yet doesn't take away the cohesiveness in the sound.

dreamcatcher explores a variety of genres, though the songs don't really reach the full potential of the genre. still the album shows dreamcatcher's versatility and still maintains a certain level of cohesiveness compared to other k-pop albums, although the quality of the songs aren't always consistent.
