Big Baller B & Lil Mosquito Disease - Swarm

Improves on everything Infection did. Well, actually not really. It's still a very bloated project, and the low moments on this album drag just a little bit more than Infection's. However, everything else is cleaner, more realized and well excited than ever. But don't let that deceptive you, this is still a Flex Entertainment album. Just because this is the closest Mosquito has ever gotten to being a conventionally "good" rapper, doesn't mean anything's changed. This is still true to the heart of Flex Entertainment's mission statement, base boasted and protentional copyright infringement intake Plus, Bra- I mean, Big Baller B, brings his trademark charisma in a way that isn't insufferable for once. Still, very much the weak-link of the duo.

But the flaws are obvious and in abundance, there are several tracks here that removing would make the project far more cohesive and enjoyable. This is not the type of music that can be comfortably listened to for almost an hour. There also seems to be a conscious attempt to back away from Mosquito's key musical elements in favor of more traditional trap stylings, he isn't quite screaming his head off like Infection. Wither this is to more comfortably to fit with Brad musically, or perhaps foreshadowing on where he wanted to go next, it is still disappointing.

Nonetheless, an enjoyable piece of comedic absurdism.
