I feel indifferent towards this album. I didn't love it but it wasn't awful. My favourite part was probably 'Thorn of Crowns' but apart from that nothing really stood out, I felt like I was waiting for something interesting and it never really came. As I am typing this I am literally struggling to even remember it which I think speaks volumes.

This album had me in the first half, I was really enjoying it and finding it quite interesting, but as it went on I just got bored and felt like the themes within the music were just repeated over and over to the point where I couldn’t even distinguish the songs.

I had never heard of The Staves before this album. It is fair to say I will be listening to more of their stuff. I love it, it's comfortable without being bland and tedious, it's nothing revolutionary but it puts across it's simple message well. A less intense HAIM and I am obsessed! Definitely already one of my top albums for 2021.

Although a long album, one that may feel tedious to those who don't like Swift's music, this album is a homage to Swift's teenage years from a more mature perspective, and a powerful journey for any fan who's been around for a while. It's reflective about the progression of Swift's career from her new position of strength in her music, something that is enlightening to see.

I have very openly disliked Brockhampton since the dawn of time, or at least it certainly feels that way. But this was great, it feels more thoughtful than their other music which is probably why I like it more. 'DON'T SHOOT THE PARTY' is the best track by far, along with 'BUZZCUT'
