Nikitta - stuff

great debut EP, incredibly strong from front to back. smooth and punctual, clear and consistent throughout the 14 mins or less it reads in. For an EP it is a focal expression of instrumental hip hop and jazz, each part is played almost as its own, with concentrated almost solo parts being shown off from left to right. There are almost elements of footwerk and bedroom pop, a very Jessy Lanza feel with its bright melodies and off kilter chords.

This album is incredible, to the people who disclaim 'Past Life' and 'Nangs' they are not tracks as much interludes, and genius interludes. Parker even dismisses Less I know The Better, which is an incredibly funky track.
