you know post-rock is good when it makes you extremely anxious for no reason.
i was a bit concerned when i saw the over 90-minute runtime, but it was not an issue whatsoever. the instrumentals are so beautifully layered; there's never a dry moment. each track progresses extremely well and ultimately makes a really cohesive and well-paced project. noise is worked perfectly into the record to provoke just enough chaotic dissonance for you to feel vastly uncomfortable. ultimately, i could see ... read more
