Hey there! This review is copied and pasted from a Discord server which I originally posted it in, so please don't mind if it reads awkwardly or as if I'm talking to someone. Thanks!

A Los Angeles band consisting of rapper and actor Daveed Diggs, best known for his role in the musical Hamilton, and producers and movie soundtrack composers Jonathan Snipes and William Hutson, released their latest album in 2020, and it might just be the band's best work to date. It's Clipping, bitch.

The band's ... read more

I hate how the public and critics (Fantano included) have started to give high ratings and attention to substance-less porn music like this and WAP. Sorry, but I prefer artists who have actual skill, passion and work ethic. Sad to see those artists go unnoticed, while bullshit like this shines because "feminism" "freedom of speech" yada yada. Nah, this is just porn.

This sounds like a rollercoaster that's so over the top that if two people go on it together, three people will return.

Imagine your very first two songs being fire. If they're making an album, I can't wait!

Okay, I didn't like this at first, but it's grown on me heavily. This shit bangs despite the occasional cringe.

Fantastic! I'll check it out after I get through 1982. I'm really excited to see your thoughts on my recommendations as well!

Yeah, I really tried finding the Doom Eternal OST on both streaming platforms, but I couldn’t find it. Most of the results I got were from YouTube. I’ll add a link to your pick from YouTube

I'm doing well thanks for asking! I'm happy to know you enjoyed the Gorillaz album! It's amongst my favorites of them. The B side of that album is honestly some of their finest work to date! I am currently taking a week long break from reviews so while I am very interested in the recs you have given I'll check them out on Sunday when I come back properly.

Hey you're right, it did slip past me I'm afraid! I'll be sure to check out that Gabe Lee album, I have been missing a bit of country music from my year so I'm curious to hear this one. I did listen to a bit of Weathervanes earlier this year and it didn't quite stick with me at the time, though I've enjoyed Isbell's stuff in the past so I may just have to spin it again. Thanks for the recommendations!

To GameJunkyard,

At 400 followers, I wanted to end a series of community lists that I've compiled this year as a trilogy. The last two community lists focused on song lyrics. Currently, I wanted to look more on production for the last one. With that being said, I wanted to ask you an important question: In your opinion, what is the best sounding banger you've ever heard? It can be from any music genre you like.

Also, I'm starting to get through some of your recommendations. I thought the new Billy Woods and Kenny Segal was a great jazz rap joint. I'm hoping to get into Hiding Places & Aethiopes eventually. It's been awhile listening to more abstract hip hop.

Hey as long as you get to them it'll be fine. Good luck on whatever you're busy with!
